Getting started

Where should I begin?

Choose Change how I feel for a new emotional direction, Prepare for a moment for something coming up, or Talk it through to explore with Aya. You’ll choose your sound and review your direction before generating.

How do I choose rap or singing?

In sound setup, select your genre and vocal delivery. Rap only, singing, and rap with a sung hook offer different directions. Clear music instructions help, but AI results vary.

Songs and listening

My song is still generating.

Keep a stable connection and check your current session. Avoid starting repeated requests while a song is processing. If an error appears, note the message and time.

I can’t hear my song.

Check your media volume and connected Bluetooth devices. Try another saved track and reopen the app. Don’t delete or reinstall the app as a first step: some songs and session information are stored on your device.

Where are my saved songs?

Open Library in the app. Listening to a saved track does not require a new generation.

Membership

How do I manage my subscription?

Apple handles iPhone subscriptions. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Off Repeat. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.

I purchased a plan but don’t see access.

Use the same Apple Account and Off Repeat account used for your purchase. Select Restore purchases on the app’s membership screen.

How do I request a refund?

For an Apple-billed purchase, request a refund through Apple. Apple determines eligibility.

Account and privacy

How can I delete my account?

Use the account deletion control in app Settings and review its confirmation. Manage any Apple subscription separately.

What should an issue report include?

Your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, the error message, and what you were trying to do. Please leave private conversations, passwords, and payment information out of screenshots.
